ABOUT

MISSION
To create wellness in individuals, organizations, and communities.

Lyons Advisors assists clients with organization development, strategy formation, operational process improvement, and achieving financial stability.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Some key factors we keep in mind as we do our work include:

  • The power of an organized community
  • The strength of trusting relationships
  • The possibilities within collaboration
  • The importance of understanding constituency perspectives
  • The learning available to us in conflict and difficult situations
  • A respect for the challenge of process change
  • The need to arouse the courage for change

CLIENTS

Our client base includes health systems, medical schools, large physician groups, as well as community-based organizations and employers who have decided to pursue population health approaches for improving the lives of their employees and constituencies.

Most clients engage the firm to help design innovative responses to the challenges of health and health care, and to provide guidance for succeeding as the health care sector transforms from a market that rewards primarily high service volumes to one that rewards health outcomes and prudent cost management.
